Buttermilk Roast Chicken.

 Thanks to Smitten Kitchen, what was once a long, laborious day is now satisfyingly over. Dinner tonight: Buttermilk Roast Chicken. Not only is this recipe super easy, but it's also perfect for those penny pincher's (like moi). The main ingredients: buttermilk, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, and of course chicken parts. You make the brine in advance (ideally 24 hrs before) in order to let the chicken soak for extra flavor. I paired this dish with white rice and a green salad. Bon appetit! xo
