Must See: Blue Valentine

I don't usually blog about movies. Mostly because a flick has to really move me to want to write about it. However, I recently watched "Blue Valentine" and was completely intrigued. The chemistry between Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams is undeniable and you can't look away. But what really got me was the truth and realism that radiates from each scene. There is your standard love story (take "The Notebook"), but rarely is there a love story that tells the truth... the drama, the pain, the fights, the passion. This movie had it all, and I highly recommend it. Not to mention, Michelle and Ryan lived in the same house together where the movie takes place for one month in order to become fully emerged in the plot and characters! xo
