A typical day off might consist of laundry, grocery shopping, cleaning and long awaited errands. But what is a day off without some down time? I'm a big fan of making a cup of coffee and sitting down with a good book. However, the quality of the book is just as important as the atmosphere in which I read it. If it's chilly outside, I like to cozy up on the couch or an over-sized chair. If I can soak up some vitamin D, I can't resist lounging outside, whether it's at a cafe or my own front porch.
