While I gravitate towards smaller jewels {like the dainty rings here}, there is something about a statement necklace that just hits the spot. I particularly love a bejeweled necklace paired with a casual t-shirt. And while I don't normally go for bright colors, I would grab some red/turquoise/gold neck candy to go with my plain T's. This mixes casual with formal in a subtle way that screams tres tres chic. xo
