I don't gloat about my cooking, but I do have to say I make one killer shrimp scampi. So when I spotted this delicious dish, I figured I could make it work too. I mean... shrimp. pasta. garlic. You just can't go wrong with that. Add in some soy sauce, brown sugar and chili pepper flakes... simply irresistible. xo
